We never see your card details – they are entered directly into the secure Shopify Payments gateway.
3. Who else processes your data
- Shopify International Ltd. (Ireland) – e-commerce platform, checkout, payments and order e-mails.
- Cloudflare, Inc. – website hosting and security, e-mail forwarding.
- Carriers – Zásilkovna s.r.o. (Packeta) – name, address, phone and e-mail for delivery.
- Google – e-mail communication (Gmail) and web fonts.
Some processors may transfer data outside the EU (mainly to the USA) on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your newsletter consent at any time. Just write to hello@richwear.cz. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.
